Well, the sad news is that my sister-in-law’s baby died yesterday. Actually, she’s not sure when it passed, but the doctor didn’t hear a heartbeat, performed a sonogram, and informed her that the baby had died. She’s supposed to have surgery today to remove the baby from her. How sad is that?

Day one of the challenge went well. I thanked my husband for taking care of me. I feel like I cheated because I waited for him to help me with something and then I said it …. *blush*. I hope to do better today.

Uh-oh! I used to laugh at my kids and my sister about how “involved” they were in wresting. “You know it’s fake, right?” is what I would always say. Well, I’ve watched a few “episodes (I’m telling you, it’s like a soap opera.) and I must finally admit, even though it kills me to have to do this, I must finally admit that I’m hooked on Monday Night Raw. Unconsciously, I’ve remembered the names of most of the participants, and I even look forward to seeing certain fighters *cough* Randy Orton. Here’s a picture of him…

My sons absolutely HATE Randy, which (shhhhhh! don’t tell them) secretly makes me like him even more. I love to see their responses….LOL.

We bought Travis a hair clipper set, like he’s been asking for. His first guinea pig was, of course, his little brother Tee. Tee was so nervous that he wanted me to sit with him while he had his hair cut. LOL. Travis didn’t go too low with the cut. Actually, he didn’t go low enough for my taste, but I figured we’d better start off slow for the sake of Tee’s sanity.

We did a little planting. Unfortunately, we don’t have a large garden/lawn area, so we have to work with what we have. Here’s a picture of the chive plant that keeps growing back. I don’t use the chives (Patrice does), but I love the pretty flowers that blooms from it.
